We have previously developed long-term residential care properties as well as small-scale transforming care accommodation and everything in between.

This makes us best-placed to refine, reimagine and rework optimal design standards in the sector based on extensive work with design panels made up of people with disabilities, local authority commissioners and front-line support staff to develop our homes.
