Working closely with the Local Authority and Care Provider, this project includes four single-occupancy units, three of which are purpose-built bungalows, each with its own bathroom and independent entrance, all achieving A rating EPCs. Additionally, there is a three-bedroom shared provision within the existing dwelling, which has undergone a complete refurbishment to enhance its energy performance ratings. The main house bedrooms all benefit from en-suites, and there are multiple communal areas for residents to enjoy and socialise.
