Following leading a regional development firm specialising in high end residential and master planning, Frazer established Squirrel Wood as a forefront innovator, delivering exceptional care-focused environments that set industry standards. Frazer's commitment to quality and sustainability in the care sector underscores our mission to provide supportive, empowering spaces.
Neal Hunter
Neal serves as our Development Director, leading on the daily execution of all projects. With extensive experience in development, his portfolio includes large mixed-use projects and high-end residential developments, where he consistently demonstrates a keen eye for detail and innovation. At the helm of project delivery, Neal ensures precision and quality are at the forefront of every initiative. Beyond his professional endeavours, Neal cherishes spending quality time with his family and unwinding through spirited games of 5-a-side.
Michael Spencer
Michael, previously a commercial real estate lawyer at Addleshaw Goodard, brings extensive experience to Squirrel Wood from representing large corporates and major UK pension funds. His expertise in managing high-profile transactions and understanding commercial agreements strengthens his role as Transactions Director, ensuring efficient and beneficial deals. Outside work, Michael leads an active lifestyle, enjoying football, golf, running, skiing, gym sessions, and walks with his golden retriever, Nala.
Henry Bartle
Henry is a key player in the Squirrel Wood development team, leading site identification, and also involved in the project management of developments. With a background rooted in property through family and a career transition from agency work to hands-on development, he has cultivated a vast network and deep understanding of development processes. Henry has contributed to delivering over 230 residential units in Yorkshire and a 3,500 student accommodation pipeline. Beyond work, Henry enjoys quality time with loved ones, excels in squash, golfs skilfully, and loves exploring Harrogate's pubs.
Thomas Holme
Thomas is a skilled Development Manager and Quantity Surveyor, holding a degree in Quantity Surveying. With an experienced background working with both national and regional contractors, he brings extensive expertise to our developments. Beyond his professional pursuits, Thomas enjoys moments spent with friends and enjoys walks in the Lake District and leading his local cricket team to win (hopefully!).
Alfie Sullivan
Alfie, with a robust foundation in Real Estate from his degree and invaluable experience at Carter Jonas and Knight Frank, serves as our Assistant Development Manager and also sourcing new opportunities. His expertise and keen insight into real estate dynamics make him a pivotal asset in identifying and securing great opportunities.
Geoff Lowde
Geoff, our Head of Finance, brings a rich background from his training with KPMG and extensive experience as a Finance Director. His expertise ensures the seamless operation of our finance function, working closely with the Transactions and Development teams. Beyond the numbers, Geoff is passionate about running, values family time, and contributes to the community as Treasurer for a local charity, showcasing his commitment to both professional excellence and personal fulfilment.
Hannah Crowther
Hannah, our Office Manager, is central to our daily operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow. Her expertise and organizational prowess allow our team to excel. Beyond work, Hannah's heart lies in family adventures, where she treasures time with her children, exploring new experiences together.
