By keeping up with cutting-edge technology and materials, we can create housing environments that are safer and more efficient for residents.
This understanding can then further be used to optimise a project's performance by continually testing and improving existing design concepts through the collection of feedback from residents, caretakers, and other stakeholders about their experiences using our environments to ensure continuous improvement.
Assistive Technology
For a number of years now, Assistive Technology has been making a significant difference in the lives of people who are living with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and autism. It is now rightly seen as essential to enhancing physical and emotional independence, promoting social inclusion, and improving overall mindfulness. By understanding the foundations on which this should be integrated into developments, individuals with diverse needs can gain greater independence and self-dignity, and those who support them can maximise their ability to balance care and promote autonomy.
